Planning a trip
Use the enquiry form with your destinations and dates. We will come back with a suggested route and, once you are happy with it, a quote.
Already travelling
Contact your coordinator directly using the details in your trip confirmation — they hold your file and can make changes straight away.
Special requests and larger groups
Send the details through the form, including group size and any dietary or accessibility needs. Larger or more complex trips can take a few extra days to confirm, since hotels need to respond.

Payment and cancellation
Every trip is paid in full (100%) when you confirm it, online by card through the OnePay payment gateway. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before a day trip, 14 days before a 2 to 3 day tour and 30 days before a tour of 4 days or more; inside those windows the full price is charged.
The same terms are set out for each country: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.

The chat window on every page reaches the same team. Our assistant, an AI, answers first at any hour, and a person from the team takes over during working hours (Vietnam time, GMT+7).
